Media Filtration, Cartridge Filtration and Ultra-Filtration

Installation types include:
Floor Installed, Skid Mounted, Portable Container/Cabin Mounted Sand, Carbon and Cartridge Filtration Systems are applied to remove Suspended Solids, Turbidity, Color, Organics and Odor. Filter Media are back washable. Backwash is a process in which the impurities retained within the filter media are removed and drained. The media filters after backwash will be clean and ready for the next filtration cycle.

Control Options in a Filtration Cycle:
• Manually Operated Cycle
• Timer Based Operation Cycle
• Differential Pressure Controlled
• Flow Controlled Cycle
• Any other to suit application

Ultra-Filtration is a membrane separation process that removes suspended or particulate matter (including colloids & silt) from water. UF membrane pore size ranges from 0.01 to 0.10 micron. In addition to superior turbidity removal, UF membranes efficiently remove bacteria and most viruses.
